Warning!!!!!

The child obesity epidemic is rising and there seems to be very little being done to curb this illness. Research is fine, but what about our children while the research is being done? Parents, we must take action for our children. Our children are faced with chronic illnesses related to their obesity status. We have to get into this fight for our children's sake. If we step up now and help our children curb obesity, they will more than likely appreciate the help we have given when they become young adults. The main thing for us to focus on is to make sure our children will live to grow up to young adults and beyond. This might sound harsh, but this is a real and prevalent situation we are facing.

What are Maintainers?

Maintainers are those people who made a commitment to themselves to lose weight. They were very selective in their weight loss regime and made realistic weight loss goals. They are successful with their weight loss goals and they keep the weight off. They are successful because when selecting a weight loss program, they were very careful in their choice to ensure their program would be nutritious. Any diet program would not provide the same successes. Maintainers are motivated to reach their targeted goal.
